As an Oracle User, how can I extract just my Production configuration (not master or transaction data) for testing?

Rapid4Cloud can report on or copy part or all of your configuration, master data and open transactions separately. You can extract just your Production configuration and use this for testing with test data rather than Production data. This is particularly useful with Oracle HCM Cloud where live personal or salary data cannot be viewed by those perform configuration resting.
